Return Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To make your return valid:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Personalized or custom-made items (such as custom prints or monograms).
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance".

2. Exchanges

Defective or damaged items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp here to provide instructions for exchanging the item at no additional cost.

Size or style exchange:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.


3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective product). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Original shipping costs:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us:
    Email us at info@vodram.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable), or contact us via WhatsApp here.

  2. Prepare the package:
    Pack the item securely in its original condition, including accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.

  3. Send the package to the following address:

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund in the estimated time:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid justification, a return fee of 10€ will apply to cover shipping costs.

This charge is mandatory under our policy and Spanish legislation. Failure to pay this fee may result in legal action.

7. Cash on Delivery Payment Rules

  • Canceling the order:
    After confirming the order, you have until shipping time to cancel it.
    Once the order has been shipped, you can only cancel it by paying the shipping costs (international shipping, storage, and return).

  • Obligation to receive the order:
    By choosing cash on delivery, the buyer is obliged to receive the item and pay the price, and cannot refuse the package for any reason.

  • Correct address:
    The buyer must provide a correct and valid shipping address at the time of purchase to ensure delivery of the order.

  • Communication with the courier:
    You must notify us in case of any problem with the doorbell or shipping address so that we can inform the courier service.

  • Delivery times:
    The delivery service does not offer a specific delivery time, so the buyer must be at home to receive the package. We recommend not choosing cash on delivery if you cannot be at home.

  • Delivery attempts:
    The courier service will attempt to deliver the package twice, and the buyer must be available to receive it on the second attempt. If the package is stored due to the buyer's absence, it will be considered rejected.

  • Package tracking:
    The package movement is tracked using the courier's GPS system, and the courier service updates the delivery status. (Excuses like "the courier did not arrive," etc. are not accepted.)

  • Order processing:
    We process orders within 24-48 working hours, but there may be delays from the courier service (although they are rare). These delays do not justify package rejection.

  • Rejection or delivery issues:
    In the event of delivery rejection or incorrect address or the buyer's unavailability to receive the package, a charge of 10€ will be imposed to cover shipping costs (package issuance, storage, and return).

  • Legal action for not paying the fee:
    If this fee is not paid, funds will be refunded with additional costs mandatorily, and authorities will be informed about the fraud according to Spanish legislation.

  • Order confirmation:
    By confirming your order, the buyer declares to have read and accepted these conditions without reservations.

Spanish Legal Text related to "Delivery Refusal" and "Bank Fraud":

According to the Article 250 of the Spanish Penal Code, delivery refusal without a valid justification is considered fraud, as the buyer has improperly exercised their cancellation right, affecting business operations. Furthermore, failure to pay shipping costs arising from delivery refusal may result in legal sanctions related to bank fraud according to the Law 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
