Cash on Delivery Rules

• Cash on Delivery Rules

1. Cancel the order:
   After confirming the order, you have until the time of shipment to cancel it.
   After the order has been shipped, you can only cancel it by paying the shipping costs (overseas shipping, storage, and return).

2. Obligation to receive the order:
   By choosing cash on delivery, the buyer is obligated to receive the item and pay its price, and cannot refuse the package for any reason.

3. Correct address:
   The buyer must provide a correct and valid shipping address at the time of purchase to ensure delivery of the order.

4. Communication with the courier:
   You must notify us in case of any problem with the bell or shipping address so we can inform the courier service.

5. Delivery times:
   The delivery service does not offer a specific time for delivery, so the buyer must be home to receive the package. We recommend not choosing cash on delivery if you cannot be home.

6. Delivery attempts:
   The courier service will attempt to deliver the package twice, and the buyer must be available to receive it on the second attempt. If the package is stored due to the buyer's absence, it will be considered rejected.

7. Package tracking:
   The movement of the package is tracked using the courier's GPS system, and the courier service updates the delivery status. (Excuses such as "the courier did not arrive", etc., will not be accepted.)

8. Order processing:
   We process orders within 24-48 business hours, but there may be delays on the part of the courier service (though they are rare). These delays do not justify rejecting the package.

9. Rejection or delivery problems:
   In case of rejecting the delivery or incorrect address or the buyer's unavailability to receive the package, a charge of €10 will be imposed to cover shipping costs (issuance of the package, storage, and return).

10. Legal actions for not paying the fee:
    If this fee is not paid, the funds will be refunded with additional costs as mandatory, and the authorities will be informed about the fraud according to Spanish legislation.

11. Order confirmation:
    By confirming your order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted these conditions without reservation.
